What material is Rosy Collective made out of?
Our jewellery is made from a Brass base with 18 carat Gold/White Gold and Rose Gold plating. Please check out our jewellery care page for more information on how to look after your jewellery.

Can I track my parcel?
All our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Once your lovely order has been shipped you will be updated with a tracking number which you can input in the link  https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.
What does my jewellery come in when it arrives?
All our orders are sent in a beautiful lilac/grey velvet pouch with our logo printed in Rose Gold. This is perfect to store your jewellery in so it does not get damaged or lost.
What if I receive the wrong item?
At Rosy Collective we take care and pride to make sure everything is sent correctly however we do make mistakes. If you have received a wrong item please contact info@rosycollective.com along with your order number to let us know. 
We are more than happy to return the cost of your postage as it is our fault but please keep proof of postage so we can refund the correct amount.

Can I change/amend my order?
Yes, please contact us within an hour of placing your order and it may be possible to change your order. If it is to add another product then we recommend placing an order separately and we will amend your delivery charge.

How do I unsubscribe from receiving emails from Rosy Collective?
At the bottom of each email you receive there will be a button which says 'unsubscribe'. Alternatively you can email us at info@rosycollective.com with your details and we can remove you from our mailing list.

Can I get a VAT refund?
Unfortunately we don’t have the facility to remove VAT when charging for goods online. If you’re a resident in the Channel Islands and qualify for a VAT refund, please email us with your details and your order number once your goods have been delivered. We will then refund or credit the amount of VAT back to you.

What if I have forgotten my password for Rosy Collective?
If you have forgotten your password please head over to where you sign in and click 'forgotten password'. Pop in your email address and a link will be sent to you to reset it.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately you can only use one discount code at a time and they do not work with sale.
