SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Once your lovely order has been placed it will be packed and shipped out within 3 - 5 working days dependant on country. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and next day delivery will be tracked. Delivery is made Monday to Saturday.
International delivery is dependant on the country but all shipments will be tracked and will arrive within one to two weeks. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information regarding this.

All our parcels are shipped in 100% recycled cardboard boxes with our logo printed on the front so you know you've received a little present from us!

UK ROYAL MAIL - STANDARD SHIPPING 3-5 WORKING DAYS
- FREE for orders over £40
- £3.95 for orders under £40
UK ROYAL MAIL - NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Monday to Friday)
Orders must be placed before 1pm. Items will then be shipped the same day for you to receive the next working day.
EUROPE ROYAL MAIL - STANDARD SHIPPING
We aim to deliver orders in the EU within 7-10 working days.
REST OF THE WORLD - STANDARD SHIPPING
Please note: There may be an additional customs payment may be required on receipt however Rosy Collective will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.
You can track your order below by simply logging into your Rosy Collective account to access your tracking number and then copying it into the link below.
Returns must be requested within 28 days of receiving your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request this.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on earrings unless faulty.
Your refund will be processed within 10 working days of receipt back at the office. We advise that refunds are sent back via recorded delivery for your own record. If in the rare occasion the item is faulty we will reimburse your delivery and return charges together.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been made within the EU. Outside the EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same payment method and debit/credit card used for purchase.
